After your purchase on the website of our partner, you must have received a “voucher” with a link that you send directly to our online form. Fill it in and we will receive your information. You will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days. Our agent will then contact you by phone or e-mail to arrange an appointment to your liking.
Selecting a date on which your tasting can take place is done in consultation with our agent as soon as it has contacted you as part of your booking. We cannot guarantee that the date you prefer is always free in our agent’s calendar. The applications are numerous and the agendas of our agents are quickly booked. Of course, we do everything to ensure that the date for your tasting remains feasible for you.
Do not worry, if you have received our confirmation email, your file is already being processed! Our agent will contact you very soon. In some regions and in some periods (Christmas, bank holidays, holidays, etc.) applications can increase considerably, but our agents do everything they can to respond to your request in time. There can sometimes be a waiting list that delays your appointment. We ask for a little patience and understanding.
If you have not yet registered on our site before the end of this period, your voucher will no longer be valid. If you still register at the end of this validity period, we cannot guarantee that we can find a date for your appointment within the remaining time. We give priority to people who have registered in time. Contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) to see what your options may be.
You can immediately book additional people via our partner websites (at the price of 7.50 euros per extra person). If you have not done so at the time of your purchase, please contact our office so that we can change your booking. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
The only solution is to organize your tasting in another region, where one of our agents can be available for an appointment within a suitable time.
